Details for Youth Programming - Fall 2026
Hello Salt House! Here are two quick and incredibly important updates for our families today as we prepare for the upcoming year.
First, registration for our 2026-27 programming year is officially OPEN! Heading into the fall season, we ask parents to take a moment to register each of their kids. This information is crucial for our team because we use it to plan our upcoming events, purchase the right number of supplies, and focus our ministry directly on the specific children and youth who are participating.
Second, we need parent volunteers to help make our youth program happen this fall! We want to provide a weekly opportunity for our teens to connect in community and faith, and we have an amazing lineup of movie nights, service projects, and fun community outings planned. However, these gatherings rely entirely on having adult chaperones to keep things safe and welcoming.
To run these events, we need at least 2 chaperones signed up per event, and ideally 3 to 4 so our middle and high schoolers can split up. Right now, we only have enough volunteers for half of our scheduled events. If you can help chaperone even one event, you would be an absolute hero! We have slots for everything from low-key hangouts to energetic adventures and hands-on service. We will provide all the necessary Safe Haven training and back-end support—we just need you to show up and help make the magic happen. Please check your calendars and start signing up for fall timeslots today!
