Caspian Kaziah Loveless was born sleeping February 23, 2024, at 8 months gestation. He was perfect and beautiful, the only thing missing was his heartbeat. He is missed deeply by everyone, but especially his big brother who couldn't wait to bring Caspian home. We have hope in Christ that one day, we will hold him again, but for now, we carry the weight of his absence in every missed milestone, every holiday, and even in the mundane day-to-day events, as we picture what life could have looked like if he could have stayed. He is remembered in a few precious photos that hang in our home, when we visit is grave across the street on Sunday afternoons, and every time we eat hotdogs and hamburgers (those were his all time favorites in the womb). We see his face in every bluish hydrangea (the flower we had at his graveside service), every ocean animal, and every shade of turqoise and teal. He is so loved and so missed.
