WRITING OUR LAMENT

In seasons of great unknown and anxiety, research reveals how expressing our emotional world is one of the most important activities we can engage for coping and thriving. Today, we use the Psalms as our example to teach us how to do this - using Israel's blueprint as we each write our own Psalm of Disorientation. Bring your paper/journal and pen for this final Sunday in our Summer of Psalms, as we let our experience find expression in speech through the poetic form of the Psalms.
