Hello and welcome to the Good Night Meditation podcast from Salt House Church in Kirkland, Washington.

In this season, maybe you (or your kids) need a little help getting to sleep at night. That’s what this podcast is for – a guided meditation for a good night’s rest. In each Good Night Meditation you’ll hear a song or two, a story from the Bible, and a special way to pray. Don’t worry if you fall asleep during any part of the podcast.  That’s what it’s for!
